COVID19 Updates and Measures:
During this unprecedented time, we have implemented enhanced sanitization protocols and continue to be as strict as required and in alignment with public health guidelines in response to the pandemic. We want to assure our clients that we are doing everything necessary to monitor the COVID-19 situation and have updated health and safety measures in place to ensure a safe environment for our clients and our staff, while maintaining our high standard of quality care.
Health and Safety Measures Implemented
All appointments are scheduled to avoid multiple clients in the waiting area at the same time.
All treatment rooms and waiting areas in the clinic will be thoroughly disinfected using hospital-grade disinfectants in between each client.
All rooms and waiting area are equipped with medical grade HEPA air filtration & ventilation.
All staff members will be completing a COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to coming to work.
All staff members will get their temperature checked before entering the clinic.
All staff members will be wearing a mask and face shield.
All healthcare staff will be wearing full and enhanced PPE including: face shield, N95 mask, wrap around goggles, protective gown and surgical bouffant cap.
All healthcare staff have been vaccinated.
Social distancing will be monitored by our healthcare staff when not administering treatments.
Visiting the Clinic:

All clients entering our clinic are by appointment only, no walk-ins will be accepted at this time. Please do not bring a guest or children to the appointment.
All clients are asked to wear a mask when visiting our clinic.
The temperature will be taken of all clients entering the clinic.
Hand sanitizers and hand-washing before and after entering the clinic.
Please call us when you arrive. Please stand outside or wait in your car until the treatment room is ready for you.
All patients will be asked COVID-19 screening questionnaires and sign a consent form
Please call to reschedule your appointment if you have been experiencing any of the following symptoms in the past two weeks prior to your appointment:
Fever or Chills
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
Cough
Sore throat, trouble swallowing
Decrease or loss of smell or taste
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Not feeling well, extreme tiredness, sore muscles
Please call to reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
Please call to reschedule your appointment if you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
Kindly be advised that as a courtesy to other patients and staff, we require 24hrs notice to make any changes or cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
