3. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $60.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
4. DISCLAIMER
All treatment procedures carry some level of risk, and results may vary from person to person and therefore cannot be guaranteed. You should be fully aware of and understand the potential risk and side effects of the treatments which are rare and include but are not exclusive of: allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, skin irritation, skin breakout, erythema, redness, and hyperpigmentation. In addition, the occurrence of such side effects is highly likely in the event of sun exposure, use of unsuitable skin care products, incorrect homecare, poor personal hygiene and/or other possible unknown reasons. You will be advised during the course of the treatments to follow the before and after home-care instructions given. We reserve the right to discontinue treatment at any time if you are found to be unsuitable for treatment at any time, in their professional opinion.
5. LIABILITY
Pure Rejuvenation Anti Aging & Laser Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Pure Rejuvenation Anti Aging & Laser Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Pure Rejuvenation Anti-Aging & Laser Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
6. YOUR AGREEMENTS
You agree that: It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal information (“Personal Data”) and to update your Personal Data as necessary to keep it accurate. You undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of selling and delivering products to you are correct and that the credit card or debit card that you propose to use is your own or that of a third party who has given you full permission and authority to use it and that you or such third party have sufficient funds to meet the costs of Products ordered. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data especially your username. You will not allow others to use your username and you will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username. We shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your username and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, for any improper, unauthorized, or illegal uses of the same. We shall be entitled to withdraw from any purchase order made by you if the Product is inaccurately described on the website or where obvious errors have been made.
7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, and consultants from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, causes of action and judgments (including solicitors’ or attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or concerning any breach by you of this Agreement and/or these Terms and Conditions for your use of the website and you agree to reimburse us on demand for any losses, costs or expenses we incur as a result thereof.
